There are people who do a good job, people who do a great job and then there are people who raise the bar. My husband and I just bought our dream home and Patrick Cunningham not only helped us get a mortgage but found a way for use to be able to afford our dream house which was out of our budget. He “held my hand” through the entire purchasing process and thoroughly explained all of our option to us. He even sent a personalized video to the sellers to solidify to them that we had the financing. He was with us the entire process. No call or email was ever left unanswered. All of my friends have refinanced or purchased their houses with him and I now know why. I cannot recommend him enough.
